Joel’s philosophy is that when everyone works together with a diverse set of skills, anything can be accomplished.

Matthew Whelan
VP Finance, IT & HR
Matt entered the software development business soon after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo in 2003, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He joined Joel Colombo at Nexserver PSG, and quickly filled the role of lead programmer with the company. In 2005 he and Mr. Colombo created 360 PSG.

Daniel Fritz

To Dan, this principle ensures that everyone, regardless of their role, is working towards the same objectives, fostering an environment where victories are celebrated together, setbacks are learned from, and continuous growth is achieved as one cohesive unit.

She believes that unity and teamwork are essential to success, reflecting her conviction that without a cohesive team, failure is inevitable. This belief has been a driving force throughout her career, which began in printing and graphic design.

Scott Fierle

Scott believes that being responsive is key to success. For Scott, customer service is paramount, and he ensures that every client's needs are met effectively. With a bachelor’s degree in science in business/marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Scott's career began as a sales correspondent for Consolidated Packaging Machinery.
